Special OEM Parts Order Terms
** Ducati OEM parts orders may take time to fulfill if the item is not in stock at our location, and depending upon availability of the part at the manufacturer and shipping times from the Ducati Parts warehouse in Italy. We carry a lot of parts in stock, but we can't possibly have every possible piece from every model in stock at all times. If we don't have the item in stock, we will get the order placed with Ducati the same day in most cases. We understand that you need the parts as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to get them to you as quickly as we can. You also need to understand that it normally takes a week or so to get the parts from Italy, so you will normally be looking at 1-2 week end-to-end delivery times on these items. If you need the item quicker than that, please email us to check stock on the item BEFORE ordering it. Also, if you're not certain of which part number you need, PLEASE email us and let us help you find the correct part! If the item is listed as "Backordered" at Ducati, we will inform you of this and you can decide whether to wait for it to become available at the factory, or cancel the order at that point.
